Ryan Berns, a Sales Associate at Jim Saros Real Estate Services, specializes in the sale of single-family homes, multi-family properties, and commercial properties throughout the Grosse Pointes, St Clair Shores, and Metro-Detroit area. Ryan is also an expert on the rental market, both residential and commercial, on the East side of Detroit.

Ryan's responsibilities include growing his business by guiding both buyers and sellers through the home buying and selling process; and educating his clients on smart family, financial, and future decisions while purchasing or selling a property. As a Realtor, Ryan understands the nuisances of the overall Real Estate Market, and the subtle differences in the individual submarkets he services. Ryan has distinguished himself since joining Jim Saros Real Estate Services by earning the Top Caller and the Pace Setter Team Awards for 2021. To earn the Pace Setter, Ryan had to average 200+ weekly calls, generate, create, and present 15+ proposals to new clients, and list two or more properties. Ryan’s dedication to establishing a firm foundation to grow his business has allowed him to flourish in the field.
