Emily McKinney

Emily McKinney is a Sales Associate specializing in the sale of single-family homes, multi-family properties, and commercial properties in Grosse Pointe and Metro-Detroit. She also serves as Executive Assistant to Jimmy Saros. Emily is largely responsible for generating new clientele, underwriting properties, and handling day to day deal negotiations between sellers, buyers and lenders.

Emily spent the first 3 years of her career focused in Human Resources Management. In her previous role, she managed roughly 50 individuals per month and hired them to work within the Healthcare field. Emily consistently hit her monthly and quarterly hiring/training goals and was one of the top performers in her department. Her drive for success and desire to help others lead her to pivot her career into the real estate field with Saros Real Estate.

A graduate of Albion College receiving a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Anthropology, Emily also played NCAA Division III Volleyball for the Britons, held multiple positions on the Executive Board for her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega, and was a first-year experience mentor for incoming freshman. Emily currently coaches the junior varsity volleyball team for the Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils and in her spare time you can find her enjoying downtown Detroit where she currently resides.
