Peter Maniaci

Peter Maniaci is a Sales Associate specializing in the sale of single family homes, multi-family properties, and commercial properties in The Pointes and Metro-Detroit. Peter is largely responsible for generating new clientele, underwriting properties, and handling day to day deal negotiations between both sellers and buyers. Since joining Jim Saros Real Estate Services, Peter has played a vital role in accelerating growth in his target markets. He has earned himself a reputation among his peers for his incomparable drive, hard work ethic, and ability to close deals which is well represented through his unparalleled track record for any agent.

Prior to joining the team at Jim Saros Real Estate Services, Peter was an Independent Associate Real Estate Broker. He also worked on several large scale real estate development projects.

Peter is a graduate of Michigan State University receiving a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Accounting. He is also a Michigan Registered Certified Public Accountant. Peter is passionate about real estate, competitive sports, travel and reading. He currently resides in Grosse Pointe Woods.
